Theme: Off the map, beyond the comfort zone – transformation begins with openness

The evening program takes you on a journey through a world that defies categories – and inspires change. We’ll visit places beyond the reach of cameras, where “normal” looks entirely different from what we know. This powerful shift in perspective challenges conventional thinking and opens up new ways to look at problems – in business, in teams, in life. Expect a vivid, personal, and often surprising narrative that will expand your thinking and show that transformation often starts… with a shift in perspective.
