Legal Basis for Data Processing

The Data Controller processes personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

1. The data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Fundamental Principles of Data Processing

The Data Controller ensures the protection of personal data against unauthorized access, acquisition by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable laws, unauthorized alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.

All data processed by the Controller must be factually accurate, meaning that it must reflect the actual state of affairs. If the purpose of processing changes, it is necessary to obtain renewed consent from the data subject whose data is being processed by the Controller.

The processing of data for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected is permitted only if it does not infringe on the rights and freedoms of the data subject, and provided it is for scientific, educational, historical, or statistical purposes.

The Data Controller conducts an annual review of the personal data it processes to assess whether its continued processing is necessary. Employees authorized to process personal data are obliged to cooperate with the Controller in this regard by indicating data that should be deleted due to the fulfilment of the processing purpose or lack of relevance to the current purpose.

Anegis Sp. z o.o. processes personal data for the purposes of handling orders and providing services.

The website of Anegis Sp. z o.o. collects information about users and their behaviour through the following methods:

1. By means of data voluntarily entered into web forms.
